According to Jeff Rapps "[Wild Cubans] would be more rare than puros cubanos!"
Since you're friends with him maybe he can give you answers? I've been intrigued on this subject for a while now.
The only F0 fish in our conversation from that evening were an Acaronia species. He could not confirm what generation the cubans are (F1, F2, F3 etc..) just that they are tank raised.Modest_Man;4877264; said:Thanks Justin. Appreciate you asking. There have been "wild" Cubans around for a couple months now but no one knows how they got into the US (my guess is that they're not actually wild). I thought your guy could supply some answers. Too bad!

The male is 8'' the female is 5'' and they are 3yrs old. I appoligise for the pics I don't take pic's of them often as I only got them three years ago as ditther's for my other Cichlids. They have grown on me since and now think of them as more then ditther's. The male is in the 240g with the bigger sp. of my collection. The female was housed with my Cerea Cichla Kelberi in a 90g until recently she is now housed with my Fredi Para in a 55g. I am going to just let this pair have the 55g once the Fredi are ready to move up to the 150g.
