Species Profiles - Information Website

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
You should do aros, some more big cats like bargarius and marbled pims, and farowella plecos.

Noted Noted Noted.. THanks for the Input guys.

No SW section, except maybe a brief blurb about Scorpinidaes and the Lionfish/Stonefish/Frogfish family. They should be considered 'Oddball'.. I would like to have a very nice information and lengthy area for all the brackish fish, infact, I think I might make a new sub-category just for them. Brackish tanks are so under-rated and so many oddballs out there, the general public just lacks knowledge, and that is what this website is about!

'Featherfins'.. Im a noob to this fish thing. Featherfin African Cichlids or Featherfin Guppies? Heh, can you be more specific, and I will do some research on it.

The Catfish section is hardly complete, but I plan on making a pretty lengthy list, especially those cats out of Peru (esp. the lesser known cats)..

Good call on the Farlowella section, I think I will also do a Loricaridae section for those elongated sand-sifters!

The Goal: Inform people about fish they never knew existed, and lead them on to how amazing some species of fish can be. In turn, this will advance our hobby and keep it growing :)

You have everything covered that I own or want to own. Can't wait to see the finished product!

how about some fresh water goby/blenny species. Theres a lot of them I didn't know about until the other day.

Maybe even featherfin knivefish
Under characins how about some of the larger Brycons.
I would like to see a template or example of an individual species profile.
Will you also tag whether or not the fish is either available or orderable though you?
