I have a(read my sig.) in my 120 and i want to get them all to grow really really FAST. So how do i go about this? What do i feed them? how much? how often? Anything besides feeding and water quality? So any info on how i can quickly monsterize these fish would really be appreciated, thank you.:headbang2

your just as impatient as I am lol believe me i'm the worst.... nah I don't think there is anything besides feeding and clean water. Unless all these old fogies on here don't wanna share the old school secrets:confused: lol:naughty:

Nope, patience is key......before you know it youll have Monsta's.You could soak all your food in Vita-Chem prior to feeding to acheive speed growth, well, quicker growth.

Change the water everyday, feed him lots of healthy, high protein food, lots of filtration/aeration. Temperature about 83.

feed meaty foods and do weekly water changes...you'll still have to be patient, and absolutely make sure that for whatever species you are keeping the diet is appropriate and varied, but these guys are right, one day you'll just take a peek in and notice your fish have become monsters...seemed to happen with my red devil and jack dempseys almost over night. by the way, don't feed beef heart, i've heard nothing but bad things

You're gona have trouble with that Red Terror when he ends up twice as big and twice as mean as everybody else in that tank. He'll need a new home, they get 15-20" long (Festae Cichlid)

I've had great results beefing up my Dempsey with Earthworms. I'll feed him good quality pellets/granules, and he gets a worm or two throughout the day. Keep the water clean, they have plenty of room, and you should be all set. I get "Red Worms/Trout and Pan Fish worms" from Wal-Mart. They're smaller and easier for them to handle.

Happy fish keeping!
