I don't know anything about SW, but that's what I do for freshwater. You put the fish in right away, and add Stability daily for the first 7 days. Just follow the instructions closely and you should be fine.

No I know they aren't the same but I meant that the bacteria is the same idea. I know that SW bacteria and FW bacteria are not the same but I meant that the seachem can help to create the bacteria that does the processes. But I have to go their website and read

I've read on the bottle it works for SW but I've never used it for salt and don't personally know anyone that has.
