Spiderman 3 (Spoilers?)

I literally just returned from seeing it and I definitely agree with Oscarrobinson...way too much woosie crying and such and him "loosing the girl". The guy played a whimp and beleive it or not, Spiderman himself was the whimpiest character on there. Granted...he was the last man standing. But most of the time all he did was get his butt kicked.

I thought they could have explained the commet thing and had some more scenes of spiderman fighting
When Spider-man was the Venom-Spidey he was kicking ass. Look how he treated Harry, he just destroyed Harry. I really enjoyed the dark character as I always enjoy dark characters. 
And yes it was weird to see how the comet came out of nowhere and here comes Venom. For a movie, it was strange attempt...well I understand, it was an outerspace parasite like thingy that needs to feed on something to survive? It came with the comet..alright.

And no one has mentioned how stupid toby mcguire (sp?) was when he became the black spider man but was supposed to be cool but looked like and uncoordinated idiot.
Good things about the movie: The Action......kinda........but thats it.
Bad things:
Script Writing
Too Corny
No Character Developement
all the freaking tears
Acting
Casting..........Topher Grace as Venom.......TERRIBLE......it was more like the character from that 70's show playing Vemon....
I could go on but it makes me angry that it didn't even come close to all the hype. Almost as bad as Star Wars 1 2 and 3.
I Saw it over the weekend. To be honest it was full of action yes but in my opinion the first 2 films were better than the third.
My thoughts:
-Harry's weapons and character design were just awesome! I love the weapons and especially his snowboard style glider. Very cool. I'm glad they didn't make him use Green Goblin's same old suit and weapons
-Having Venom in there is good but I wish they concentrated more on him that on Sandman.
-Sandman??? WTF choosing him for a character was just lame. Spidey has much cooler enemies than Sandman and in this movie he couldn't even defeat him. I wish they used other characters instead like the Scorpion.
-Too much drama.....ugh.....took my son to see it and he said in the middle of the movie "Daddy, this movie is soooooooooooooo boring. I want to go home" Man if a kid can say that in a action hero movie then you know there was too much downtime from the action.
-Venom. WTF did they do to him? He was so cool in the comic book with that long ass demon tongue and the crazy amount of teeth he had. He was also supposed to be a much much bigger guy. Cool that Venom was in the film but disappointed in his character design.
-The Black suit. I dunnop about u guys but I was a fan of the black spidey suit in the comic book. Especially with the cool huge spider logo. But WTF! they totally killed it in this movie. Just darkening his regular suit instead of making it like the comic book disappointed me.
Overall the movie was a 50/50 break for me. Boring at some parts yet action packed at other parts. Worth watching in the theater but IMO don't go expecting it to be better than the first two. IMO the best was the second film.

It think that was done partly on purpose, in order to show how the new suit clouded his mind and just made him so arrogant. He didn't care what other people though and because of that acted retarded.
The movie was alright, I'm not a big SpiderMan fan as far as the movies are concerned. The second was the best but this one may have been better then the first. The first wasen't that good IMO but I would have to watch it again since I haven't seen it in a long time.
