Got this spiny eel the other day had him in a quarantine bucket, hospital tank in use. Aftwr 3 days he seems to developed some kind of white growth couldn't tell if it had red around it. I treated with meth blue as its all I had. Now it's blue growth. I can get meds today what should I treat him with?

I can try for better pics he's 4" and super skinny hes eating brine shimp/bloodworms.

I would try Meth blue at half strength and Triple sulfa.

If that's what you have have yes you can use fungus guard with 3X as a buffer. Just be careful with the dosage. MG/acriflavine at no more than half strength with a full dose of 3X.

I have meth blue, jungles buddies ick, and just got 3s
I went 1/2 dose meth blue full triple s

Change out the water tomorrow. You should see improvement by then.

I would skip the MG, as spinys are sensitive and at half strength; not likely to do much except put a lot of stress on your fish.

Sorry to see that, at least it was still under 7 days.
