I'm closing this due to the fact that the species in question are currently illegal to obtain for personal possession and propagation in AZ.

A. An individual is not required to possess a special license to lawfully possess restricted live wildlife under the following exemptions:
11. An individual may possess and propagate live freshwater crayfish (families Astacidae, Cambaridae, and Parastacidae) and their offspring without a special license, if the crayfish were possessed before January 1, 2001.
