Spiralling fish

personally I'd say either the fish was in the bag too long or acclimatisation wasn't correct. Either too long floating/mixing in the bag in the tank or too short.
 
The fish was already laying on its side when it was in the bag believe it was in the bag in transit for over 15 hours as it was sent out the day before. Don't really want to name the vendor as I would like to keep on there good side in hope of a refund lol.

how big is the flower horn and did it come from within the country? have you got a picture of the fish in the bag and in the tank?
the reason I ask about mixing time is I've only really seen this occur with fish mixed in the bag too long... :)
 
It was shipped from Thai land to to the uk then kept at the vendors for a couple of days then sent to me. I kept it in the bag for about 15 mins adding tank water every 5mins and the fish was already laying on its side I thought it was just stressed and cowering.
