Awesome pics. Did you get a full shot of it? Were these taken outside? I've heard of beardies getting lazy and love being hand fed so much, they won't eat any other way!

I took these inside, he was standing on top of his cage. He definitely prefers to be hand fed. He looks at you funny if you just drop food in lol.

Great lizard and pics. They have a nice pair of these guys at the one pet store near me that I sell geckos to. I always get them out and hold them when I'm there and they're so chill. One of these days I might have to break down and get a beardie or two.

I completely agree. For a pet lizard, is there anything better? So relaxed and a manageable size, no wonder they are so popular. They don't seem very fazed by people and don't seem to ever get stressed? Even the other half is asking about these... I admit they seem to be a great pet, I just have a few things ahead of them on my "short" list.

His enclosure looks cool in the background. Could have sworn it looked like outside, captured the colouring in it well for indoor lighting in the new pics.

Thanks. I shot those with a nikon D50 with an external flash aimed at the ceiling.

Thanks, and I know what you mean. This was our first lizard and we got it when it was about the size of my finger. I love how laid back he is

They are awesome. I finally broke down and got one a few weeks ago. He's still a little guy, but I swear he's an inch bigger already. For now his 20L looks more than big enough, but I can't wait till he's that size.
