Ok I have 2 polys when I feed them they eat like pigs . I feed them at night the next morning say I fed them shrimp there is food left over but they are begging for more so if I clean the leftover shrimp up but ive noticed if i put a diiferent food in say bloodworms its like they are starving, is it because they like fresh food everyday, I cannot think the shrimp went bad in 8 hrs or can it. Should I just feed by hand little bits. I would think that if they are that hungry they would just finish off the shrimp.

feed what they will eat so u don't have any left overs.

lol yes they are spoiled lol, But I agree only feed them what they will eat and have no left overs.

You think yours are spoiled? My senegal eats at least one worm his size a day, usually two. At first I thought he would choke, but his only problem isn't chokeing, It's trouble moving after eating LOL! I haven't had any problems, he usually just sits around for an hour after and poops then he wants more LOL!

Mine are like this as well...I haven't yet figured out how much to put in the tank so that they'll eat whats there and not need more :\

I'm now trying to figure out how to feed a pair of sens, a jack dempsey and a shoal of 8 tiger barbs (and an african dwarf frog and a mystery snail...) without over feeding or underfeeding...great:nilly:

Never leave uneaten food in you tank
after you are through watching the feeding.
They don't have to eat it 'in 5 min'
but they DO have to eat it before you walk away

Want to cure spoil? Give them food then take it away.
That'll learn em
