I only have a few teasers to post right now. He's about 40 lbs (still a young one). He'll be the male match to the female I have in the touch pool. Intention is to maintain a breeding pair of these in the main reef exhibit after some time.

And nice kiddy pool on the boat... lol. Must work well though, eh?
 
That's awesome. Looks like a leopoldi version of an eagle ray.
 
I have that kiddy pool. They work pretty good. I acclimated my whitetip in it. $9 at target how can you go wrong.lol. The ray is really cool too.
 
Yeah, it works great. Nice and small, cheap and inflates to the shape of the bow. It was only in the boat for a few minutes while we cruised from the grass flat back to the quarantine pool on site.
 
Aldready got the "VIP preview" LOL, but figured I'd check this thread anyhow. Shweet, you know I'm jealous. So when do I get to go collectin with ya?
And that poor poor female, someone needs to give her a 4-1-1 on how to "just say no" when that male's introduced, he's gonna dominate, lmaooo.
