I just got some and want to know how big they will get. They eat like pigges they love veggie flakes. They shoal with my reg.silverdollars. Pics soon.

Spotted silverdollars

I have heard they get about 4.5" but i dont know for sure. I have been looking everywhere around me for some no one has any congrats.
About 5inch they get . Great fish .
I got 8 Red Hook Silver Dollars on Friday , it was ever get the Spotted or the Red Hooks . The only really resion i went for the Red's are that they get a little bigger but i am now thinking on going back to get a few Spotted to go in with the 8 Red's .

Most metynnis and myleus species will school together, i have 7 of these the biggest is just under 5" thats about max
i have red hooks and they grow really fast mine are about six months and 4 inches maybe a little bigger and eat like machines
