Spraypaint on Acrylic

I read oddball's thread on painting the backs of tanks and it said you shouldn't use spray paint on acrylic tanks. I've seen krylon fusion for plastic and was wondering if you guys thought it would be ok to use? Heres a link to the product

Krylon fusions will work alright on the acrylic, but it will be quite permanent.

im not so much worried about how permanent. i just dont want to mess up the acrylic. so it would be ok to use that stuff?

yep, it is the best you can get. Once you start though, you can't go back. It bonds to the acrylic.

If you want something more temporary, try black felt. I have used it and it looks good. It reflects zero light.

i think i'll go ahead and try it. i'm more comfortable with a spray can than a brush. black felt sounds like a good idea only i cant cut straight if my life depended on it. im not so worried about it being permanent

I'd do the felt first to see if you like it. The felt doesn't need to be cut strait, just larger then the back of the aquarium.
