I wonder if the squirrel has a preference ?

Nah not Pizza Hut,just some leftover slices from a local place.I toss stale bread and whatnot onto the back roof for the birds and I can watch them from the window.

What happened to squirrels eating tree nuts?

When I was a teenager I worked for a pizza place.
We had a pet ground hog that lived under the dumpster in the back.
I would always throw a couple slices his way, when I took out the trash.
He probably weighed 40 lbs lol.
People say they are vegetarian, someone forgot to tell that guy.
He loved pepperoni and sausage.

Too much available variety to tempt their tummies!
We have quite a few groundhogs on the property at work.No one feeds them but there sure are some fat ones.There is plenty of grass and dandelion for them to chomp on all day up there.

I've seen groundhogs in my backyard every once in a while. There is a burrow near by hopefully not under my deck.
