the SRT arrived on schedule, but when i open the package, it looks like he's dead...

now i see his fins slowly moving...

WHAT DO I DO!!?

Get a airstone or a powerhead on him to get some cood clean water going through him..

If this is the one from Bluestar it should have went from Tx to Ca so shouldn't be frozen. If anything IMO it's probably a lack of oxygen. Kinda hard to say though without seeing the fish in person.

I would agree with hblue at this point. Get him some oxygenation and acclimate him.

For future reference always have a camera around so you can take a pic of him in the bag if he's dead for DOA insurance purposes.

i did take pics (don't have time to load)... but fins are still moving, theres' still a little hope.

If the temperature of the water wasn't cold, it's lack of oxygen most likely. Maybe she didn't shoot it with o2?

Hopes he pulls thru! Keep us updated.

the heatpack was still warm....

im giving running a powerhead for him right now.

i see a little sign of life but doesn't look good

his body is stiff and curved... does that mean anything

was the WATER cold? Even the heat pack(s) are still warm, fish can still freeze to death. It's all about where you place the heatpack. Usually if body is stiff, it's frozen or on the way dying/dead:(

heat pack was placed on top with the bag staying vertically long...

dammit, this was my first shipped fish too
