Exactly my thoughts too. Just like the dog breeds that get shorter and stuff and have problems later on because their body isnt supposed to be "short".

This is not a SB ST... they call these 'globe' ST.... 22k agent price. That means before the agent adds his 20% or so on. I was surprised how much the asking price was. More surprised that there were a few offers being made.
