So i picked up two thinbars the other day one of them is very stable colours are vibrant and the other is dull and almost looks like a snake loosing skin. Just wondering if it's a time thing and what i could do to help him along. Water perameters are fine temp is between 74-76 theres a bunch of driftwood some rocks to hide behind and a glass bottom. They haven't been eating but thats just because there new i guess.

I am concerned by your description of like a snake losing its skin if you mean that it is just dull then that is fine...

just give it sometime since they are new they just need to adjust.

how bight are your lights?....i found out that mine were skittish of the lights that made them unstable.

Um not to bright i have paper infront of my lights for my polys but i recently took some away due to my plants dieing. I find there just skittish when i come downstairs, Sitting here on the computer i can watch them explore but if i get to close they go into hiding.

You think if a picked up a third or fourth dat they would be a little more comfortable? i know only have two is kind of a no no
