The reason that pitbulls are illeagal in Ohio is because that so many dog fights that occure in that state are Pitbull realated. So since so many fights happen there, its generaly for the Pitbull breed's safety. And the ASPCA is tired of seeing and rescuing so many dog fight victims. And on the account, almost every Pitbull involved in dog fighting has to be euthanized, because more than 6/8 of dog fight animals are to aggresive to be put up for adoption. So by making them illeagal, is saving more animal lives.
