not sure where to get them in bulk but cheaper dollar type stores usually have the plain nylon pot scrubbers

Plastic pot scrubber at >$0.09 ea, best bang for the buck...:headbang2:headbang2:headbang2

Where can you find those? I've been looking around all the supermarket, dollar stores, wal-mart here and had no luck.

Will shower puff work the same as pot scrubber? seems like it has tons of surface area for beneficial bacterias to grow and shouldn't give off any harmful chemical/particales back to water. and it's more flexable to fill all the gaps

any thoughts??

Your best bet would be ordering pot scrubbers in bulk online. Maybe even see if any one else in your area would want to go in on a order to save on shipping. I know some one in Indy did that, a bunch of people got some too.

do you know any website that sells pot scrubbers? so far I haven't found one with good deal.

um..kind of hard to say, I need enough to fill a 32"Lx7"Wx21"H area about 20 gallon I think. I'm guessing ~100 of them.
