In response to this and your other completely unproductive comment in another thread - it is in fact useful to the OP if several members echo the same opinion; much more useful say than trolling the people trying to be helpful.
 
Or would coating the galvanized with a sealant work also? Just really trying to not to have to use a liner!

A better description of what exactly you're trying to do would be helpful. Are you building a steel tank? If so, epoxy coating is likely to crack when the walls flex, unless you're using heavy gauge plate. Something like liquid rubber may be more appropriate. Can you help us out with some details?
 
Sorry for the lack of info. And yes tank/pond is the idea! I have a buddy that is a welder/fabricator and he has access to very cheap material. My plan is an 8'x3'x3' structure to keep my baby rtcxtsn once he's grown. Right now I'm just planning and getting ideas!
