Just an idea what's under the plywood

I personally would add more 1×6's in between the outside 1×6's for more strength. The biggest concern is to not depend on the nails or screws to support the weight of the aquarium but you probably already know that.
Do you plan on wrapping the stand with plywood also?

Confused with what you mean..... I got double supports on the back

Don't plan on wrapping it for ease of access to the sump because of the 4ft width,..... But it would look nice

Your fine, with 1/2" The 2x6 are going to carry all the weight.

I double supported the back the fronts just normal so overall 13 supports

hello; you might consider a sheet of ply on the back. That should help stop racking ( side to side movement). A diagonal across the back would do the same.

every thing looks good to me, and good job putting padding down as it is rimless tank, to the matter 1/2 to 3/4 I personely, with the cost and all, I would unscrew the 1/2 take off and put the 3/4 down CDX just to feel good about it.

Added 2x4s between the 2x6s no doubht now after I finish this 450g build I have to build a racking system for my 180s
