Star Gazer: Poisonous and can shock

I know it's a bad pic, but it's a 2" eastern stargazer. I was wondering if you had any advice on care? I know it's an old post I hope it did well. It's an all sand bottom now with lots of shrimp and small baitfish. There is a 1-1/2 inch burr fish also. 55 gallon corner tank, I kinda want to put him in a smaller tank just to really keep tabs on him. Thanks guys
