Etroplus suratensis.
Very very nice too.
I've always wanted to do an Etroplus biotope with E. maculatus and E. suratensis. I read once where in certain areas they live together and while the suratensis use the maculatus as signals for danger the maculatus steal and eat the suratensis' eggs.
Nice 180gl with very thin branchy mangrove wood and silty light colored sand and about 10 of each chromide and some other brackish non-cichlid species for dithers.

I love the coloration on these guys. They have a nice deep olive background and nice bright pearls. Very nice! :D

niice suratensis bruce
where they caught from a fresh water source, because here i have seen every time you get them from brackish and acclimatize them to fresh they croak.
