Start of cloud eye?? Help me out.

Did a big ol water change, bumped the temp and added salt. He's looking a bit better today. Hopefully it will clear up soon.

I normally do a fifty percent change in my Kel tank with good results,weekly.Idid get lazy once and let a few weeks go by without any partials and this happened to one of mine and I took it as a warning to get off my ***.I read somewhere that kels dont take salt well so I didnt add any nor the medication,just the change and he resumed eating that evening and the spot got smaller and eventually faded away.
