Also, be sure to take it slow with introducing livestock. Add the hermits & snail first, then wait a few days/weeks before adding another decorative fish/invertebrate, then wait a few days/weeks before adding another, and so on. You'll want to be testing the water often as you introduce new livestock in order to prevent a major overstock.
