OKAY GUYS.... I AM SOMEWHAT NEW AROUND HERE.. I NOTICE IN THIS P.BASS LOUNGE THERES ALOT OF BLANK AND OUT OF THE ORDINARY QUESTIONS THAT SOME OF US JUST REPLY WITH GARBAGE...SO... I AM TRYN TO START A SOLID THREAD, FOR ALL OUR CICHLA FANS OR, SOON TO BE.... SO...

LETS BEGIN...

1. HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN INTO THE HOBBY..?
2. HOW MANY PBASS DO YOU HOUSE or HAVE...? pls. list all SPECIES..
3. are they WILD COUGHT or FARM BRED...?
4. WHAT, HOW DO YOU FEED THEM, any DAILY ROUTINES..?.
5. HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FROM WHEN YOU FIRST HOUSED PBASS, FOR THEM TO START SHOWIN THEIR COLORS...?
6.FROM WHEN YOU FIRST BOUGHT THEM HOW BIG WERE THEY, AND HOW MUCH OF A GROWTH SPURT DID THE HAVE SINCE THEN...?
7. HAVE YOU WITNESSED OR HAD ANY SUCCESSFUL SPAWNING OR PRESPAWNED IN YOUR TANK... IF SO SHARE YOUR EXPIERIENCE!!
8. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SPECIES OF PEA'S..?
9. HOW BIG IS YOUR TANK THAT YOU HOUSE THEM IN...?

ive been in the hobby for maybe 3 years cichla wise jsut got back into it my first batch of monos got 13 inches then i had to relocate them because i didnthave tank space fed them krill silversides i think ihad them for a year some months grew 1 to two inches then started to slow down the colors were comin out on there tails
now ihave 3 bass getting more next weekend have them in a 125 with sveni;s working on a tank for my addition dimension around 12 by 4 by 4hopefully im on my dads laptop so no pics ill new pixs when i get more bass

1. Since I was 9 I think I am 15 now
2. 8 Monoculus, 2 hopefully 2 spot pbass and a Orino getting 20+ more
3. My Orino is Wild caught from Orinoco River, Venezuela and then everything else I think is Farm.
4. 2 times a day for the babies and 3 times a week for the larger pbass
5. About 3-4 days
6. Well my first pbass were true Ocellaris and they were like 6" when I got them and they were 10"+ when my Giant Gourami killed them(I killed the Giant Gourami)
7. Haven't experianced anything, but in a couple weeks I am going to Scott(DIESELMACK's) house and I am gunna see his Orinos.

9. 180(6x2x2) for now.
10. Here first pix are of my old Ocellaris then my 22" Tem that sadly passed away a couple weeks ago.

as for myself....

2. HOW MANY PBASS DO YOU HOUSE or HAVE...? pls. list all SPECIES.. (12 species... MONO, ORINO, TEMENSIS, OCELLARUS.. )

3. are they WILD COUGHT or FARM BRED...? (BOTH)

4. WHAT, HOW DO YOU FEED THEM, any DAILY ROUTINES..? (KRILL, LIVE, PELLETS.. etc )

5. HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FROM WHEN YOU FIRST HOUSED PBASS, FOR THEM TO START SHOWIN THEIR COLORS...? ( VERY QUICK )

6.FROM WHEN YOU FIRST BOUGHT THEM HOW BIG WERE THEY, AND HOW MUCH OF A GROWTH SPURT DID THE HAVE SINCE THEN...? ( 2in, in a 7 month period of time they have grown about 6-7 inches since then )

7. HAVE YOU WITNESSED OR HAD ANY SUCCESSFUL SPAWNING OR PRESPAWNED IN YOUR TANK... IF SO SHARE YOUR EXPIERIENCE!! (none) other than watchin DMACKs peas, on YOU TUBE...

8. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SPECIES OF PEACOCK'S..? (TEMS)

9. HOW BIG IS YOUR TANK THAT YOU HOUSE THEM IN...? (120g & 180g for now)
