Starting a SOLID Cichla Thread!!

hahahaha...nice bump bro!!! i never contributed to this...here it goes!!!
1) housed my first cichla at 12 (didn't know any better, caught him in a lake near home and threw him in a tank) and been in the cichla hobby for about 2 years now.
2&3) 2 farmed monos, 2 farmed tems, 2 wild azuls, 2 wild kelberis
4) i feed larger cichla mainly food sticks/silversides/frozen krill/ market shrimp/ feeders on holidays. smaller cichla are on guppies/blackworms/frozen bloodworms/fd krill
5) took about 3 months for colors to start showing
6) i have them growing about 1/2-3/4" a month with a main diet of frozen bloodworms
one of my farmie monos when from 3" to 10" in 9 months
7) nope
8) love them all but if i had to only have one sp...it would be orinos (classic) or azul
9) 260gal for my larger cichlas (10"+) and 125gal for my smaller cichlas (under 5")

Your Colombian is lookin thick!! How big would u roughly say it is now? I have to do an update thread on my guy to compare!!
