this sounds like a weird / stupid question but i got a tank yesterday that came with a complete set up tank stand lid and a wet dry sump me and my friend set this up last night and when we thought we had everything running, but when we plugged everything in there is no water getting back into the w/d so the tank eventually over flows from the water being in the tank how do we get the actual filter to start the whole siphoning process back to the w/d?

to prime it means you have to start the siphon from the overflow box in the tank to the on hanging on the back.
or fill them with water and plug on end and them put them back into there correct spot and unplug
yepp if the tanks really dirty ill do that outherwise u suck on the end thats not in the water and u will no when the water comes lol
