starting over in the 240...Rapps order help!

I have decided to create my dream sa/ca 240. Instead of getting a fish here and there from the lfs I have decided to make a Rapps order, or other and stock it all at once with what I want. I want to get juvies in the 2-4 inch range to start and grow them out. I want color, personality, and fish that are rugged enough to handle a ca/sa community.

Give me some ideas on what would make a stunning ca/sa tank. Thanks. I will be ordering early next week.

you should create a biotope. look up the locations of certain fish and go from there.

I just did a Rapps order for my ''Mexitank''. Im doing a tank of cichlids native to mexico. Yesterday I got 2 beani, 3 escondidos, and 3 thorichthys maculipinnis. A very colorful start to my project.... Good luck with yours. Its alot of fun doing it this way....

I love the idea to start your fish small in a big tank. Juvie cichlids have so much personality in large tanks. They claim they're own little territories, chase each other around...just love it

I personally like geos but Rob's MexiTank is something to consider. Wait I think Rob has a patent on that
