Hmm, well like water_baby said, depends on what you plan on getting. If you have only 100 right now, I would go fish only, or fish only with live rock, then get the lights and stuff later when/if you decide to do corals and what not. However, if you find a good deal on a nanocube or such, I would go that route instead, as they look really nice, and don't cost that much, esp. if you can find a good deal used.
