How skiddish and baby (5-6") these cichla are. Girl dogs If you will ;). I've basically tried everything they still are scared of literally everything. Can't even walk in the kitchen without them cowering in the corner. Any other suggestions?

There not even kels lol. Also I've had them sense 2 inches there's just wierd I guess.

Also all of a sudden last night and tonight they don't even wanna eat it's wierd... Ugh so frustrating lol. Water perams are good too.

They will adjust as they get bigger but the best way to teach to not be skittish is to leave some sort of lighting on 24/7 for a couple of weeks,

That's about all I got left haha I had a friend over last night and they almost died of a heart attack haha. Ok gonna leave the lights on starting tonight thanks for the Info!

A bigger tank will help as well.
