Tropheus belong in a species specific tank in groups of at least 10, but preferably 15 fish. Just as the others have stated, no way in a community tank.
You didn't mention how big the fish will be that you're getting. Are they full-grown or are they juvi's? I think that you're setup in a 75G with the Calvus, Clown Loaches, a Neo. Brichardi will be ok. But you need to to keep in mind that if your Brichardi pair-off & breed, you might end-up with some dead Calvus. I would definitely add many, many rocks to form caves that they could hide in.
