Can you get eels?

I have been looking for a "Viper" since I first got into saltwater 8 years ago.
IF you were to be able to obtain one (or more) I would not only buy it but also worship the ground you walk on for making a person's wildest Moray dreams come true. I have talked to many vendors that have tried. All have failed.
