After doing some more research and asking a few questions... I think Im going to load the AC 110's with rubble rock and have the power heads for initial set up....

Now my plan is to put base rock in for a week and throw in a couple market shrimp to get the cycle going after a week add the live rock on top does this sound good?

Also whats the best live live rock Key Largo? Fiji?

Then after cycling add a hob skimmer

If you started with LR not base you won't need to add shrimp - actually it's far better to add fish urine if cycling with base as it is basically ammonia. Other than that good plan.

I can't really answer what's the "Best" rock, as far as I can tell it's all personal opinion. My opinion is use several different types so you can get several different color types of coraline algae. Differing colors come from differing regions. I've collected - North Atlantic shelf, Florida, Haitian, Berrmuda, Fiji, Tokani, Totoka, and Tonga reef rocks.
