Did you seal the liner right to the window?
Yup… most people put the window in 1st then just seal the liner to it 1 time. Seam tape alone even works.

I did mine same as you would with an epoxied tank by putting the liner in 1st. Its actually sealed 3 times. 1st in between the acrylic and the liner 2-4” around the permitter 1/4” thick. 2nd from the acrylic to the liner on the inside. 3rd on the outside liner to window as well with thick beads all 1/2-3/4” wide around the inner and outer permitters.

For the 1700 i put up i did bolt the acrylic in to hold it in place. Just 4 bolts tho. 1 in each corner. My 650 is unbolted. Both ways worked fine. It depends on the window seat u have whether or not ull need bolts or want to use them really.

Did you have to cut the EPDM liner and seam tape it, or could you shape it in one piece?

Personally i did not cut either of mine. Theres ways to fold the corners flush/clean. Some people cut the liner, spray adhesive it to the walls and use seam tape or the same types of silicone at the seams. Not sure how long those hold up tho. Theres a plethera of different liner tank builds out there. Not much info after the initial builds tho. Some people really like the seam tape. To do it properly you need to use a rubber cement type solvent on each surface then a roller. Its not just "tape"... Theres ways to heat weld liners as well. Ive heard Gorilla glue tape works very well on liners and that would be actually like "tape"...no solvents needed like traditional seam tape. Theres an "art" to every way and style of tank building. IMO, take what best skills you have or are comfortable with and do it that way.
