Stepped on a stringray a few moments ago

Not allergic, my tongue tingled but didn't swell, can barely feel the bite on my ass this morning, similar to a bumble bee sting.
The stingray stab was hundreds of times worse.
Its the start of the dry season here, the tarantulas are wandering around looking for mates, and scorpion stings are becoming quite frequent.

Found this tree snake in the bathroom the other day too, in the pic it's just a few inches outside the bathroom window escaping after I walked in.

Yesterday put on a pair of pants, and felt a pain on my left arse cheek. Pulled of the pants with the quickness and found this.

gave it the night to escape, but it was still in my pants this morning, and though I don't normally kill stuff, had to get out the trusty machete

we just pick 'em up by the stinger....it's the only safe place to grab 'em where there's no way they can possibly sting you.Just grab the last segment of the tail before the stinger. I been doing it for years lol I handled scorpions bare-palmed that people called me crazy for. Most are about the equivalent of a wasp or a bee but a few can "crap in your cornflakes" if u catch my drift

Who needs to go to the zoo when you have one right in your own backyard.

Same deal if you live in the land downunder... so much wildlife inside and right outside your door that can easily kill you...

He was in a small bush but was gone the next day. We see them every few months, in the trees or bushes

When i was still in australia i used to feed an orb spider that lived in my garden... he was my un-officia pet for a while till something ate him

Something tells me finding a chameleon again would be a pain
