the things on the royal pleco are these crazy spike things, im not sure what they are called but u only really start to see those in really big plecos. they can flip them out so that they stick out to the side and do some serious damage if they feel threatened... just goes to show what a monster this thing is...

Those Panaques are just stunning.... don't get bored of them... the odontodes are great! Really like the first close up dat pic, the colours look awesome! Nice fish, nice photos.
