Still around

Well now today some of the doctors are now talking about wanting to do the surgery to remove the mass as soon as sometime next week. That scares my Sister because she's afraid of surgery, especially with the mass being so close to the heart. I am very glad they are talking about doing it this soon though because the past month has just been so bad with her laying in that bed in limbo with no progress towards getting better. So I think once they do this and get that mass out of her I believe that will be the point when we can start working towards her getting better.

She's got an MRI tomorrow and because of her claustrophobia they have to knock her out for it so I most likely won't be going to see her tomorrow since she's be tied up most the day. So I think I am going to take a mental health day and spend a few hours on the river tomorrow to mend my mind. I don't even care if I catch anything or not, will just be nice to get my mind fixed for a bit while on the water.
Praying that all goes well.

Well figured I'd update. Still in the hospital and on the respirator. They finally have the surgery scheduled for Thursday now to remove the mass on her Thymus gland. It's a pretty long 3-6ht procedure :( hoping after she gets that out then maybe she will finally start to heal so she can get off the respirator and come home in a few weeks maybe.
