Denitrate, matrix, is a pumice based product, it will do nothing to nitrate with out a 30 day culture of anaerobic bacteria, and a suitable carbon source. Sugar, alcohol.
It is a excellent arobic bacteria media.
I have 1.5 cubic foot of it in my 1200ppm nitrate porch tank, It will remove nitrate , but under very controlled conditions.

I took it out already and now im trying to correct my water but I don't know what to do I just keep dosing prime every 2 days. any idea or tip?

They sell live culture of good bacteria. How big is your fish?
I have always fish less cycled with a large quantity of ammonia, as such when cycled my nitrate would be dark red. 200++ppm. Then lowered with wc to 20pm, before fish added.
Purigen, or carbon, in your hob. To absorb the ammonia, or put fish in a new tank with purigen, carbon. Then let 125g cycle, with a good dose of ammonia.

I got like 1 bag of purigen in each hob and 2 bag of purgin in my canister and 2 chemipure elite in both of my hob. my jardini is like 4 inch or 5 inch long.

Your keeping the bacteria from flurishing. I would get a 5 or 10 gallon, tank for your fish ,and do daily water changes on it, until your 125 is fully cycled. To handle one fish.

Using chemicals, that absorb ammonia, which prevents bacteria from growing. Until they are saturated. Then your ammonia has no place to go, until you grow more bacteria, or add more carbon.

I thought prime just detoxic the ammonia so my fish wont get poison, I didn't know prime will prevent bacteria from growing.

I have never used it, I know that if took a pint of my filter media, and put it in a jar. It would smell awful.
