hey so you are still having some trouble with your lil RTC eating those rocks....? well how about you just take the rocks out...thats should be okay to do if its just the normal rocks you buy at the store but if your talking about the substrate...then i think its best to take anything you believe in your knowledge that he may eat again out of the tank. What ever size your RTC is their born to eat things that we don't even compare to what most other catfishes eat in the wild.

oh and that red spot thing your talking about...im not sure about it...but one thing i know is that my RTC x TSN had it before when younger....but it did nothing...it just went away....at first i thought it looked like it was blushing...but nope. Someone out here on the Forum may have a clue about what it may be....just wait

ya im talking about the gravel in the bottom of the tank. I will have to take it out , i dont really want to but i feel i have no choice.

make sure you are cleaning that water well once he pukes up the rocks. his stomach acid can polute your tank and make water conditions very unhealthy.

Thanks for that parker 21104, i dint think of that but i guess that would make since. You thank i could use sand , i really don't care for bare bottom tanks. What is the work involved with taking care of the sand, cleaning it and so-forth.

thanks Miranda
