I saw movement over a month ago. The male has left her alone for the most part but I will continue to keep a close eye on him. She eats plenty and has no problem competing for food.

Are there any signs I can look for so I might know when to expect her to give birth? I've read that sometimes they will stop eating a day or two before. Also the male will get fiesty.. Anything else?

mine never really stopped eating. I caught mine on video several times. Once i noticed the male biting and chasing her i knew it was about to come. My female would get on the glass and looked to be seriously dilated a few days before too.

I've noticed she has stopped swimming around as much. She spends most of her day on the bottom right under where I drop food in. :grinno: She will swim around until she realizes that all of the food is completely gone and then go back to her spot. but that is really the extent of her activity right now...
