I think it would be possible, but not in any home aquaria. Even a 1000 gallon tank would be too small.

Probably the same reason you have a variety of fish in that pond thingy of yours, I would imagine. Single species tanks a boring for the most part.

i think its a great idea...im sure injured or dying rays make up part of piranhas diet in the wild...expensive meal though.

How about you just keep the 300g for your piranhas, they will love it. Rays will eventually need bigger than that even without the piranhas added in..
