Stingray came in touch with salt

It's from salt. Before that was 100% fine.

I use 2 different tests and my readings are 0.

Nitrates at 0 is a bit off. That would mean your fish are producing no waste at all.

mine used to frolic in the salt. I doubt salt caused this..mine would literally play in it!

ive had mine in quite high concentrations of salt. i dont know what concentration of salt you think yours was in contact with but since you have done water changes to flush the salt then, as others have suggested could it be something else?
