a 70gal is to small for even a small ray

thats kind of what I figured, havea 70 iam not doing anything with, doing a 600 gallon but not till later in the year, guess Ill just go with some smaller gar and a aro or something for now.

A baby gar and Aro I hope......for a few months

Yeah, like I said am getting a huge tank later in the year. I know that aros grow pretty quick but I should be alright for a little while

It could live in there for life in a 72x36x6

Yeah I would say around 2-4 months.

i hope you would consider waiting even for a gar or arrow-it is very hard to move them when they get larger. even with a big net it tears there scales up alot.
