stingray name q?

At the LFS they have what is labeled was a laticepts stingray. I can't find more info on it on the net. Is there a more common name for this ray?
 
See if you can snap a pic of it. They are labeled laticeps but can actually be a few different rays and are just labelled that for convience. Maybe you'll get lucky and it will be a hystrix like rudy's pickup.

Family pet center in sherwood park, maybe next time your in you should check it out. Its a tan color with some darker spots, not round spots. Hard to explain.
 
I was looking on the internet and it looks almost like this, almost the same.
