Stingray not eating and getting less active need help i am new

I need help. I bought a motoro stingray three days ago size 10" in diameter and tank mate 1 silver Arowana size 12". The first day it was active and it use to have shrimp, the second day it have shrimp in the morning after that i change 30% water because it was 1week old, on the same day at night i give him shrimp but it didn't have it. Its been 36hrs its not having any food. So I treat the water with Ocean free '0' arowana disease as it is recommended, after that 6 hrs later i try to feed him but again rejected. It's getting skinny and less active.

your shrimp is dead shrimp?

Maybe you try other food like ghost shrimp?

Any other tankmates beside your Aro?

Ghost shrimp, even try live black worms or red wigglers... he should not be getting skinny after only 3 days of not eating.. something must be wrong if he's lost weight that fast

Most times a ray is not eating its poor water quality. Give him a large water change dim the lights and try feeding nightcrawlers or ghost shrimp.

My ray got bullied by my cichlids and stopped eating, switch her to my aro tank and she is now eating like a glutton....

The faded marks in front of the eyes. was it there when you first got it?

I am giving them dead ghost shrimp and tank mate only 1 sliver arowana

Yes the mark was there. When i bougjt it
