Very cool idea, i'll keep that in mind when my rays get to breeding size..
 
An additional note to this Nursery set-up:
It can be used as a bio-filter when not inhabited by pups. Just fill with bio-media and enjoy. One could also add sheets of foam and place house plant cuttings into it.
