Stingray Quarantine Processes

As a part of my diligence I am wondering what everyone’s prefered methods of quarantine for a new ray? Are there any of you that have strict processes for each fish as I do with every new discus shipment I get? Or are concerns more based on observe and wait for issues like not eating, etc before you treat with praziquantel?

Always quarantine new rays. Unless you're SUPER sure of the source. Even then its probably not wise to skip qt. I have a 300 pond cycled always for qt with Uv on it. Depends where its going in my room but its a long process ya? Heard of people quarantining fish before for a year and still making their existing colony sick once introduced. Thats pretty extreme as I'm sure you know but still, guess the point is better safe than sorry
