Same issue I had Jim. Mine would blow under 1-.1.5 lb rocks looking for food. Started chipping the Eurobacing on my 340 bad enough the silicone has peeled off. Nothing but driftwood and substrate anymore. Will have to check into something similar to these Kongs. You have a pic?

I use 'Kongs' now instead. These are made of rubber and designed to put dogs treats inside of them. I stuff them with prawns and pellets to give them some stimulation from time to time. They are left in the tank and they can kick them around as much as they like with out damaging anything

I tried 3 Kong dog toys today for the first time and the rays went nuts. I stuffed tilapia inside and got a kick out of how actively the rays worked on them.
