according to miles's diy inexpensive ray pond the rays did great in a 12"H pond and it was 8'x4'x12". which is why mine are doing great the the same size pond

price is right go for it.... deeper would be better but 10x10 is a nice foot print... consider making a cover though just incase...

Gee, that's good to know if I find the room to build an indoor pond. I stand corrected.

stingrays only climb because of small footprints, so they will be fine in a 10x10 foot print.

wouldnt it be better if the water level is higher for them to BREED??? 12"inch will it be too hard for them to run the breeding intercourse?

sounds good to me, i collected leopoldi's in water this shallow so i wouldnt worry too much. if you could get one a bit smaller than that would be a bit better but 12" will be fine i think
